At Skyne Beauty, we want you to love your experience with us. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we kindly ask that you review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sheet masks that have been opened

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@skynebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your approved return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
