Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Skyne Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@skynebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
